Day 1 - Arrival at the Masseria Arneo and Wine Tour Cooking Class
Arrival by their own means or by the transfer. Accommodation in private rooms. Welcome drink. Start of wine tours in Masseria, the path begins with a visit to the native vineyards that surround the winery. The vineyards from which we obtain the grapes for the production of wines of Agricola Arneo are all located in the Arneo territory. Tour continues in the cellar with the visit of the areas of wine making and grape processing. The tour ends with a wine tasting and light buffet.
Day 2 - Cooking Class in Masseria - Breakfast at the Farm. Day dedicated to Cooking Class with Chef and / or the local chef. A full course of Apulian cuisine articulated from 4 to 6 hours, to get a complete overview of the traditional recipes of Puglia and savory and confectionery to learn different techniques of preparation and cooking. You can choose different menus which focus on sweet and / or savory. The courses can be followed by everyone and can also take cooking classes Puglia customized according to your needs or your interests.
Lessons can also be carried out directly on the vacation spot and by the following specifications:

Day 3 - Second Day of the visit to the winery Conti Zecca - Breakfast. After the reception and presentation of the company Conti Zecca. A guided tour that includes a visit to the premises of winemaking, bottling line, barrel room. The tour ends with a tasting of typical products and wine at the wine bar.
Day 4 - Departure - Breakfast. Possibility to extend your stay or return to your destination of origin.
