Day 1 - Arrival and wine tour at the farm Arneo
Arrival in the farm by their own means or with transfer. Accommodation in private rooms. Afternoon dedicated to wine tours in Masseria, the path begins with a visit to the native vineyards that surround the winery. The vineyards from which we obtain the grapes for the production of wines of Agricola Arneo are all located in the territory Arneo (Salice Salentino town). It continues in the cellar with the visit of the areas of wine making and grape processing. The tour ends with a wine tasting and light dinner. Overnight at the Farm itself.
Day 2 - Wine tour in Conti Zecca Winery
Breakfast. A few meters from the farm, is located Conti Zecca winery. After the reception and presentation of the company, you go to the illustration of the transformation process from grapes to wine. Day 3 - Wine tour in De Falco Winery
Breakfast. Arrival in the winery by their own means or with transfer. Winery producing quality wines over half a century, combining the traditional art of making good wine, the 'innovation techniques. After the reception and presentation of the company, you go illustrating of the transformation process from grapes to wine. Day 4 - Wine tour in Leone de Castris Winery
Breakfast. Arrival in the winery by their own means or with transfer. North-west of the Salento peninsula, an area of ancient winemaking traditions located Salice Salentino, a small rural town which is home to more than three centuries old wine cellar: the de Castris. The tour inside the cellar starts with the presentation of the company by reference to the historical notes. Then discusses the wine industry, from receipt of the grapes to bottling; after the visit of the aging of the wines continue inside the Museum of Wine "Piero and Salvatore Leone de Castris ."
