1° Day - Gallipoli -  Arrival at Joli Park hotel. Welcome drink and overnight stay

2° Day - Gallipoli - Galatina - Breakfast. Guided tour of Gallipoli: the Cathedral, the church of Santa Maria della Purità, the civic museum, the collection of the painter Coppola (admission with fee) and the fish market. Guided tour of Galatina: the colourful frescos of the St. Caterina d’Alessandria gothic basil and the house dedicated to the exposition of Tarantism, relevant to understand how this phenomenon has led to the invention of the typical Apulian dance and music style. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay

3° Day - Lecce -  Breakfast. Guided tour of Lecce, the centre of Baroque style, including the visit of the Duomo square and the cathedral, the bishopric, the palace of Seminary, the basil of Santa Croce, Sant’Oronzo square and the Sedile palace. Break at one of the oldest coffee shop where visitors can enjoy an “espressino” (coffee with milk foam) and a “fruttone” (a small cake with cream and black cherry filling). Free afternoon for individual tours of the city or other excursion. Dinner and overnight stay.

4° Day - Maglie - Guided Tour of Maglie: visit of 16th-century monuments and Baroque-style palaces and a recently re-opened underground oil mill (where a singer will sing some ancient local songs). Shopping. Visit of a cellar. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

5° Day - Breakfast and departure.

Rooms equipped with private bathroom, shower, hair-dryer, telephone with programmable alarm-clock, TV, cable radio, air-conditioning, mini fridge, safe box.
Welcome drink.
Continental buffet breakfast, lunch and/or dinner with table service and a menu that includes typical Apulian dishes, a bottle of still or sparkling water and a glass of white or rosé Salento wine.
Cake and Goodbye Toast.
