Relais Benessere Borgo Lanciano is a scattered hotel, its rooms and facilities being located in different buildings characterised by a prevalently horizontal development. This ambitious architectural project has led to the realisation of a fine hotel structure that has 50 rooms and suites equipped with all the comforts. The Relais Benessere Borgo Lanciano includes the Kimben Wellness Centre which, using the know-how of the Lanciano Research Centre (in which important Italian universities take part), allows guests to enjoy treatments and experiences characterised by total psychological and physical well-being.
Borgo Lanciano is also a state of the art location for hosting congresses, meetings, receptions and banquets. The high professionality of the personnel and the quality of the services unites modern comforts and functionality with the charm of the facility and its setting in the Marches landscape.

A carefully planned architectural recovery of the old Borgo made it possible to create 50 rooms and suites, each one different than the others, elegantly furnished and complete with every comfort. The architects studied every single room, varying the form, surface area and furnishings, making every guest’s stay truly unique. Warm cozy colours prevail, blending perfectly with the colours of the surrounding nature, creating an  unbroken harmony from inside to outside. Hand-finished exposed beams, and floors in old terracotta and parquet, create a setting that grants spacious views of the Monti Sibillini, expanses of meadows decked with flowers, and starry skies.
The rooms of the Relais Benessere Borgo Lanciano are located partially in the Borgo Antico and partially in the Borgo Benessere, with direct access to the Kimben Spa. The rooms  are divided into 4 types: Superior, Executive, Junior Suite and Kimben Suite. The different types of rooms vary in size and furnishings.

The exclusive KIMBEN Wellness Centre, on the Borgo Lanciano estate, allows guests to benefit from treatments and experiences dedicated to total relaxation and psychological and physical wellbeing: sauna, hammam, indoor heated pool with upstream swimming and whirlpools, an outdoor swimming pool, Diamond Shower, Kimben Diamond Platinum White Mud Bath treatments, and the herbal tea corner.
The Kimben Wellness Centre, exclusive health and beauty spa in the Marches, proposes high-level facial and body treatments, thanks to the use of products studied by the Research Centre.
In the friendly atmosphere at Kimben you can choose classic treatments, such as wellness massages: relaxing, toning or draining; or baths, mud baths, showers, hydromassage and saunas.

The elegant and cozy restaurant "I Due Angeli" offers dishes of traditional Marches cuisine integrated with the most modern cooking traditions, in harmony with locally produced ingredients of first class quality.
The restaurant "I Due Angeli", which has been awarded the Golosario 2008 prize, always offers a wide à la carte menu and is careful to satisfy the most varied requirements. The wine list proposes excellent wines from the best cellars and wine-producers in the territory. On the ground floor, in the large, welcoming hall, the luminous windows overlook the park and the surrounding hills, offering striking and unforgettable views. The views that can be admired from the first floor of the restaurant are equally impressive, both from the magnificent oval room, ideal for dinners with up to 20 guests, and from the large hall, made even more enchanting by its large fireplace. From the outside, the restaurant is framed by a romantic porticoed arcade with a view of the soft, rolling hills of the Marches.

Entrance to the wellness centre is forbidden to children under 12 years of age. A babysitter is available upon request (there is a charge for this service).
