1st day: Arrival in Masseria (Sannicola – Le)
Arrival in Masseria and accommodation in your room. Welcome dinner in Masseria, overnight.
2nd day: Bike Tour (35 km)
Enjoy your breakfast. Departure for the meeting point of the Bike Tour. The route: the inland of Otranto is probably the best preserved area of Salento. Going up the Idro Valley, we will visit an ancient Byzantine crypt, and then stop at the Costantine Foundation where they practice the art off traditional weaving. We will then cross the “megalithic garden” of Giurdignano, dotted with dolmen and menhir, for lunch, a tasting at one of the best bakeries of the province Specchia Gallone. Early in the afternoon we reach Porto Badisco, with its calm, sheltered beach. Then we’ll return to Otranto around sunset, along one of the most beautiful stretches of the coast, visiting the lighthouse of Punta Palascia and the stunning Bauxite Lake. Return to Gallipoli in Masseria, free dinner and overnight stay.
3rd day: Cooking class of Apulian cusine!
Breakfast in the masseria. During the day cooking course to learn how to do the typical fresh Puglia pasta, tasting what you prepared with your hands! In the afternoon visit a wine tasting company with wine tasting. Free dinner, overnight stay.
4th day: Relax in the Ionian sea
Breakfast in the masseria. Day dedicated to relaxing at sea (depending on the period of stay) with beach service. Free meals, overnight at the farm.
5th Day: End of stay
Breakfast. Last hours available in Masseria, possibility to take advantage of the swimming pool service. Check-out and departure for your final destination or extension of your stay.
